                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Strange title haan!!!well,its not about an alien world where Lucifer showcasts himself as a hero and all the ghosts and witches wreck their bones clapping,I am talking about our very own Hollywood,los angeles,california,U.S.Now,you might be wondering why did I call America's Hollywood as Devil's Hollywood,am I trying to compare Mr.Barrack Obama with the devil himself or am I reffering to Brangelina or Tom Cruise oR Al Pacino,actually I am not trying to do any of it,I am calling it Devil's Hollywood because of its obsession with ending the world,if you watch as many english movies as I do you will have no trouble acknowledging my point here,I can't precisely count how many movies I have watched in which Americans have ended the world or left it at the brink of destruction and I am giving you this count keeping movies like "2012" and "Day after tommorow" apart because they have rather an important warning or message,I am very specific here about movies in which some punk ass virus will eat up the whole world or some man eating lusty aliens with tentacles who will use the nails of their left toe fingers to create kids will raid the earth or the devil will escape from his cage and return to earth to get married,have kids,go shopping,screw mankind and make the world his playground or some short circuited machine will come from the future to protect the world and unknowingly will destroy half the world having romance with its female counterpart,only americans can afford this sick concept of a pervert robot.  I tried a lot to understand the idea behind this formula of making hit movies in hollywood,I call it a hit formula because americans have been using this formula since 70's and its still a "Hit Factory",it has never or rarely failed.After some psycho analysis and reading the minds of a few americans I came somewhat near to understand the reason why they find apocalypso so interesting!!!   The Americans have achieved so much over the past century that they have developed a feeling of superiority,they have developed this mentality that what others are doing now they have accomplished decades back and most importantly they have made themselves way too many enemies as well, but they have conquered almost all of them and so comes the feeling of being the most powerful,now what I feel here is that they are bored of fighting and beating the same type of enemy over and over again,they want a change,they donate billions of dollars to pakistan every now and then hoping that some lucky day they will make a worthy enemy and will be their time pass for quite some time,americans do it all the time,first they created Bin laden and consequently Taliban,then they poked the ass of Saddam Hussain,their soldiers tried to have asian kids in vietnam and North korea,I must say,the Americans are a bunch of curious sons of bitches,they are so curious about testing their fire power and bank balance that they want a tougher challange now,they want to fight something new like an alien race with plasma guns and laser annihilators,they want to fight robots with desire for human females so that they could use its emotions to beat them in the end,they imagine the concept of a cross breed of humans and aliens and they want the HUMANALIEN kid to be so swift that he comes alive just after a few hours of the most atrocious intercourse in all of the universe!!!sick bastards!!!  In some of their movies they showcast some area 13 where they claim to hold world's biggest secrets like an alien colony or an Iron man suit or some mutants and other advanced shit they feel proud about.If we stop a second and look at the type of superheroes they create like Hulk,Ironman,Superman,Spiderman,Batman and other side heroes...they all were created with a concept of saving the world and they look like good people too but these psychopath americans won't spare thier heroes ,they will make them go rogue in every second movie they make about them and then a girl would have to stand between the destruction of the world and their hero turned villain,I mean,this is ridiculous,if he is hero let him stay that way,don't know from where they get this idea of turning heroes into villains,in real world rarely any hero turns into a villain,be it Mahatma Gandhi or Abraham lincoln or Martin Luther King or Fidel Castro...they were born a hero and they died that way,but these american heroes I tell you,they will see their girlfriend getting cosy with someone else and they will bring apocalypse upon us,somewhere I feel lucky we don't have any such real heroes.  We were talking about Hollywood's obsession of ending the world,our first speculation was that may be they want a change and new enemies to fight and since they can't do it for real,lets imagine it,lets dream of worlds annihilation,and guess who are the most lucky of all the americans,the actors who get a role in these movies,a green colord frog or better call it a rabbit plays the most powerful creature in whole universe in famous series Star Wars,he is called Master Yoda and has got several powers like lightning and mind trick and he can clutch anyone's throat without even touching him,one mighty rabbit I tell you,if rabbits could understand the movie they would have taken over the world by now or would have atleast tried.In this very movie the green rabbit is much of a hero and a million years old man is trying to rule the world,what a match up!!!Rabbit Vs Old man!!! Another very famous movie is Lord of Rings series,this one is even better,trees can walk can even fight,only way to kill the trees is you set them on fire but smart trees here,they dip their leaves and branches in water and rejoin the war with new enthusiasm,in this movie you would witness walking dead taking over the world and a bunch of knights fighting with some dwarfs or hobbits to save humanity and fortunatly humanity is saved,we thank the story writer for not giving up so easily but had it been the case of T-virus of resident evil,the knights would have stood no chances whatsoever,only chances that humanity stands was Project Alice,though Alice(Milla Jovovich was supposed to help the virus end the world she turned out to be a traitor to her creators and joined a bunch of survivors to work their way up the food chain,pretty cool action and story  but how long can Alice and her clone double bodies hold 7 billion zombies in the world,its only a matter of time till Alice is a part of this zombie wonderland!!!...thses story writers write like they hate their heroes,they will create all sort of difficulties and problems to kill the hero,they tend to make life of the hero miserable in almost all there movies...they should learn something from their Indian counterparts a little,its time they start having "DABANGG" heroes in their movies and make american people realize that what has been done during the course of past million years is not going to end so easily just to satisfy their video game and cinema fantasies.

I am a human being and thus I know by experience that humans in general are a noble creature ,most individuals we come across in our day to day life are upright and adept but if we fine tune aur classification and come down to the mindset level of bachelor boys who are in college or just passed out and try read their thoughts when they see a pretty girl in their vicinity...ahaan!!!I know where you all are going but please ,not so fast!When we see a pretty girl first thing we do is show her to our herd and try to examine their opinion about your choice,the thing is you are not really interested in that girl but you want to be a hero among your group if she turns out to be an eye candy and good timepass for your group,if any girls are reading it right now,they might think "How cheap",but trust me ladies thats not cheap,infact its noble! confused???....Let me enlighten you.   Expalining something by an example is always a good practise and its convincing too,so,let me tell you a story right here,its short and simple but it tastes sweet!!!... At my workplace we have lunch break from 12:30pm to 2:00 pm and one and half ours off are quiet generous of our organization so after finishing the lunch soon we hang in the backyard of our building to feed ourselves some vitamin-D,chat light,roam around,see girls and all sort of fun filled activities to make most of our perciuos one and half hours.Its been two months since we joined here so we were looking around eagerly,trying to observe the crowd and pretty faces,well since its gurgaon we must be having a lot of them but after two weeks of thorough search we could find ourselves only one face worthy of our appreciation and attention and eventually we happened to give that face a name of our own since we didn't know her name.We could see her during lunch time only,we are a group of four brats having fun and fooling around but you must be knowing that if you are reading this now so lets not explain my group much here,for some time we didn't use any name for her but one warm afternoon when we were sitting together observing our target suddenly two of us happened to speak the same thing in unison "she is cute na!!!" and thus the name was born "cutie",since that very day we call her cutie and she might not be knowing it,we think she has a boyfriend because she is always with that same tall guy but why do we care?...we see her daily,she is like our muse and our best timepass and our hottest topic for those ninty minutes but you know what the best part is??? she knows we observe her,in the beginning she tried to avoid us,she didn't come to lunch for a couple of days,its just my speculation that we made her uncomfortable, don't know consciously or unconsciously ,and I am sorry from the core of my heart for that. But as time passed she grew to be comfortable with us around infact now she grows uncomfortable if we are not there during the break :) ...I called the title as "A Noble feeling" for this very reason,we don't love her,she doesn't love us but we now have an unsaid connection amongst us,many of you might say that we are lying and we have crush on the lady but I'll tell you why we don't have crush on her,the answer is,we never tried to know her name,we never tried to know in which project she works or where she lives,now if you have ever been in love you would be knowing thats not how love works,if you love someone you'll dig out every single detail about that person,I can say that because I remember all the details of the lady I love, from the auto rickshaw number she used to travel in from school when I was in higher secondary to her parent's mobile number which is not working now for past four years ,so,its quiet apparent that we don't love her and she too has a boyfriend and I belive that she is very much loyal to him or atleast I wish.But we still have a connection now,I want to say today that she is our friend even if we never talked or walked together and that truly feels noble inside of me. When I say she is our friend,I must be having an example to support it and luckily I have one,as a matter of fact we realized it this noon only,after finishing the lunch four of us went outside to settle our asses at our regular hangout and we saw that cutie was already there barely  five meters from us and she looked sad,she was calling some one at regular intervals and looked very disturbed,we started to wonder "why is she so restless today?" and her regular partner cum boyfriend was also not with her so we drew the conclusion that something must be wrong between them and out of the blue we guys started abusing her boyfriend right there,coincidentaly he happens to be the flatmate of one of us and thus we started enquiring about him and started making plans to beat him up...what!!!...we were planning to beat up a complete stranger for another stranger...how do we explain this???...either we are complete psychos or some where inside of us we have got attached to that pretty stranger we address as "cutie",she is a beauty but I don't think any of us ever had a bad thought about her,we don't know her name but we couldn't see her in pain...difficult to explain,right???...but isn't it why we are humans???...we can be affectionate to a complete stranger,we can be affectionate to a speechless,dirty stray dog,we can be merciful to terrorists...this is who we really are,this is what God made us,though we have undergone severe evolution over the years and have gained ourselves a reputation of being called greedy,cruel and ruthless beings but still God is alive in all of us somewhere...that is why I still have friend who's name I don't know and probably will never know,but she still is a friend and shall always be....  

The Zero Talent MegaIndustry.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   The Mega industry worth $763 billion with a workforce of millions around the world providing business support to almost all the industries on earth and beyond,from designing a website for a bank to hardcoding a microcontroller to be used in a satellite,this humble industry does it all without even telling the people who actually do it at the production level.Surprised!!!...  Well,you might be surprised but the explanation is pretty logical,the idea behind the industry is that the business owner will make you do a difficult looking simple work, which he will trade in market for millions and will pay you back with some peanuts,now,you obviously won't be satisfied with peanuts if he had told you that  you are writing the code for alternate afterbooster ignition engine automation system to be used in a rocket travelling to jupiter!!!"...The magic behind the four figure(in crores) profit per quarter lies here,since most of the clients of these industries are companies with revenues more than a billion dollars per year and everyone needs web support and database support in their business in order to make it fast track and scalable,the IT comapnies come into role,they commit to manage the database of a company with petabytes of data for next few years and charge them some billion dollars, now for the companies providing them business its not a bad deal,I mean the trade off is good,they spend a billion dollars and reduce the maintanence cost and speed up their business,they start earning two or three more billions down the year,they scale their business up even more...fair business...isn't it!!! but how fair is that when you pay someone sitting in U.S ten times more for the same work,now I ain't no rocket scientist but I know thats unfair and I too know that I am being treated unfairly because I won't question my employer for this and he knows that because he knows that I am insecure,he knows that if I leave the job he will find someone equally good or may be even better in this country with ten lakh newtonian engineers roaming around looking to be employed and I don't wanna become a part of them,so,I can't actually blame him,he is just doing business,all he is trying to do is make profit and that is not at all unethical,the problem lies with our enormous direction less but qualified workforce,if we had a the same workforce with a proper direction and appropraite consumption we would have been the global numero uno.   You might be wondering what is with the topic "The Zero Talent MegaIndustry",for those who are not related to IT industries it will sound a little odd but lets save that for later,here is the case,when some one joins an IT company in India as a fresher,the company spends a lot of money on training him/her in some domain as per their requirement,atleast this is what they say,now when the training is over successfully the trainees are supposed to be mapped onto some IOU(industry operation unit) where they are categorized according to the type of clients they will work for but once you are out of training centre all these categorizations and training domain dissolves into thin air and you are stripped off every preference and comfort and technology expertise that you might have,for example,If you were trained in java they will put you in mainframe and to your surprise your friends who were trained in mainframe are resting on bench or worst case working in java but that is not the end of story,if by chance you have a location prefernce they will not at all send you there I guess they are afraid that if you go to a place where you are comfortable you will end up being happier and saving the salary they pay you and finally you will open your own IT company and takeover theirs.  I call it a zero talent industry for this very reason only,it doesn't matter what you know,it doesn't matter what your training is,it doesn't even matter what your qualification is once you are in,the work that can be done by someone with an  average IQ and an optimum knowledge of English is done by a crowd of engineers,this in simple words in resource mismanagement,there are simply not enough industries to accomodate such a massive headcount of talent,the infrastructure of this country is not ready to accomodate this kind of workforce and as a result we have gained ourselves a reputation of being called "cheap labour" in west.They outsource their work here attracted by cheap labour cost ,our service industrymen trade the high quality yet cheap work of people here for a lucrative amount and yet make a very good profit since they don't bother sharing their success a little with those who make it really possible because again they know "if I leave the job he will find someone equally good or may be even better".

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Once upon a time in the oldest city on planet earth there lived a boy quiet normal yet out of this world,had material desires yet unmaterialistic,had a logical temperament yet emotional,was not so mighty yet gutsy and most of all was not such a beleiver yet favourite to heavens,he lived on the banks of holy ganges and belonged to a family of priests and saints,the family earned their living by performing rituals for piligrims seeking divine interventions in their perfectly imperfect lives,they had the blanket that could just barely cover them from nose to toes,no room for luxury and as a matter of fact the family never desired luxury.They were leading a calm and composed life till the day the boy expressed his desire to become an engineer.........many might be knowing where this story is going now......and you are right but make no mistake people this boy of ours has an exceptional story here like most of the aspiring young engineers in this god forsaken country with an abysmal human resource.  How interesting is that we call the favourite creation of the almighty "A RESOURCE",but no hard feelings people I mean dear resource,its strictly business and nothing personal for those who call us resource. The subject of our story here is not a very studious type,creating hype,engineer stereotype kind of lad,he is rather a poetic,dramatic,charismatic and fantastic character who is not made for eating up the books like a worm at all,he loves the nature and questions gods authority and its ways frequently,his parents try to convince him into a priest boy but buoy!!! thats not working out for them at all,our hero here is turning into a rebel every passing day as his simply human mind could not figure out the misterious ways through which god works.Our engineering aspirant claims his financial inheritance from his not so rich father in order to join engineering coaching leaving his father to do some over time at the bank of ganges and now not so much for god or his belivers but for him,his family and his alien son.  It is said very correctly that god plays in mysterious ways,the boy joins the coaching and falls in love with a girl there,leaving aside his studies,his aspirations all he is focussed and concerned about now is getting the lady's attention and we all know that sometimes getting a girl's attention could be the most uphill task in your entire lifespan but anyway our hero here is pretty determined and headstrong about his AMORE.Years pass by he is not able go gain access into the heroine's heart,his faith seems to be dying out and his determination seems to be degrading,his career seems to be taking clobbering and his life seems to be getting bludgeoned.Eventually the girl leaves and he is alone with nothing at hand,he joins an ordinary engineering college completes his course and gets a job.  Hasn't it sounded to ordinary till here but as we say God plays in mysterious ways!!!....  Our hero and heroine meet again at some juncture in their completely sperated lives,the old spark is getting air again and it has lit a fire inside our subject here,when he met the girl first he was a boy inexperineced about the ways of the world but now he is a man and he has different priorities at hand but very interestingly his fossil love fits somewhere in all his plannings and priorities as if god had planned it for him himself,he meets the girl and talks to her,they soon become good friends and life is all cheese for our Mr.loverboy here but as we know humans are one frugal bastards!!! whatever you grant them its never enough!!!,now our julius ceaser here wants to something more for him,his (would be wife) friend and his next to god parents.He is not at all satisfied  with his job and wants to start his own business. And so it is...shorter story...no love no glory...no angel in his sky...all he wishes to acheive he has to do it on his own and as the first step towards pain and gain,he quits his job and applies for a loan on his property share,runs around differnt banks recieving denials and abuses but talking to his girl at night and forgetting all his sufferings and starting again the next day with new enthusiasm and gosh !!! loves does miracles!!!...his loan gets sanctioned and he opnes a restaurant at a bus stop in bangalore city,serving hygienic food to early office goers and his commitment has paid back,his restaurant is a hit and he is busy opening new branches across the city but not for a single day forgot to call his girl,who has been his consistent partner through all his crests and troughs,he is pretty successful,confident and happy now and so the time is here propose the lady!!!....  One fine morning our hercules pads up and gets ready for the biggest day of his life,grabs a rose bouquet and rides to meet his love,his heart is beating like a thousand rock band drummers going crazy with their sticks,his love standing there for him dressed in a black wardrobe and smiling looking like the godess of beauty who has descended from the heavens just for him,he goes to her,gets down on her knees and presents to her the the roses which are nothing as compared to her beauty and still she accepts them humbly,hercules says "you probably do not know how much I love you,since the day I saw you to the day I kneel before you I've adored you, I've felt like leaving this world many a times and I know that you won't even care but I decided to live in a hope that someday this day will come and I'll kneel before you and ask for love exactly the way I am doing now,I stand before you a empty handed asking for your hand to fill it with life and happiness and I promise you that I'll never ever let the smallest bit sadness come to you and if I do that I shall be guilty in the house of god,so,what say you my love...what say you my love..."  And the girl says...."what???are you crazy???I always considered you a friend and this is the way you pay me back...I never expected this from you,I thought there might be one decent guy in this whole damn world,I hate you and I never want to talk to you again"....  ohh...what did just happen???Did our boy just lost his whole world in one shot?This can't be happening,this doesn't add up,this isn't right,how could this happen out of the blue...he just couldn't believe it...that's unfair...but time to face the truth kid...life is unfair...face it!!! Like any other love story,he locked himself in a room cried foul and felt miserable but I said earlier this man right here is a fighter,he soon realized that its not for a girl to decide his fate,its for him to prove to the world that he is master of his fate and he will do the best things to himself from then on...he went on to expand his business and soon beacme the leading catering business owner in bangalore and singapore,he eventually got married to a very beautiful girl and they lead the business together untill one lovely evening he happned to see his first love at a party with his husband whom he never knew,he was looking at them from distance when he observed that they were coming towards him and his wife and he also didn't know why but dude,he got scared,he didn't want his wife to know about her and he was thinking that she and her husband will tell everything he said to her,he was praying to God that she says nothing about his past to her wife and by the time he was thinking they were there,the man came and advanced his hands to shake hands with him and he said "Hello sir,how are you???You might not be knowing me,I am the area manager for south bangalore operations at you company"...haah,he is his employee,dude,God surely is mysterious!!!...so he said..."ok,cool,what do you want Mr.Manager?" and he can also see that his past standing behind his employees back staring at him,see seems to be lacking the courage to speak a single word to him and he felt something pleasent inside of him,he was getting a feeling of accomplishment and so he asked again "what can i do for you??"...and he replied "sir,could you please transfer me to singapore branch,I've never been abraod and my wife also wants to go there so if you could please transfer me I and my wife shall be obliged to you"...he smiled form his heart and humbly said "yes,why not"....

Humans...considered to be the most dominant and rational invention of the almighty but that certainly is a broader classification and if we go at the sub level we might find many not so dominant and not so 'proud to be a human' humans,reason being 'survival of the fittest' theory and we have Mr.darwin to blame for the blatant excuse for our miseries.

In our day to day life we come across many individuals and trust me on this,if there are 7 billion people on this planet they are all of differnt types so we cannot have a thumb rule or impression which will stand hard and fast for all of us,if you look around you will find happy people,rich people,unhappy people,poor people,rich but unhappy people,poor but happy people and all sort of combinations but one conclusion that we might derive being advised of the anomaly of human behaviour is that riches do not have so much to do with your happiness.

You may find people who spend their whole life trying something,trying to be rich,trying to find love,trying to find peace or something else they fantasise about,but what the truth is unless and untill you haven't found what you are looking for ,you are happy,you are happy because you have a dream that you belive will materialise someday,you are happy because you work your ass up to realise your dream,and most of all you are happy because you work for what you love the most,now,once you have got what you wanted you lose all that you loved and lived for a long time in your life,you lost your dream which was your best pal in your days of discontent,you lost your favourite work and since you are a free mind now the satan might start dwelling in there pretty soon so either you let him in or find something to occupy your mind again and again the same restlessness a new dream,a new life style,a new wait,isn't it as hectic as changing your house or changing your job!!!...someone correctly said "In order to find our goal,we fall in love with the path" and isn't love what makes us happy in our lives,its definitly not the money.

Now,where does "Faith" come into role,if we look at the point told since the beginning,our dream is what makes us really happy and not the accomplishment of the goal,well it does but that is short lived,we become happy but not for very long,the fantasy passes away,our dream which makes us happy for a long long time is basically an act of "Faith",we have faith in our dream,we have faith in our abilities,we have faith in ourselves and moreover we have faith in heavens and we beleive that our work will be payed off sooner or later and that is the importance of faith in life of a man,you would have heard from your parents,spiritual leaders,in movies or would have read in holy bible or bhagwat gita that faith is mandatory for all mortals or you shall land in hell,well,no one has seen hell or heaven,what we belive is that both the rooms lie right here on earth and your actions here decide where you are gonna spend most of your time.Now,if we should take a look at both the prospects in a non orthodox manner we shall see that a man who has no faith is unhappier as compared to the one who is a beliver,God doesn't ask of us to worship him day and night and leave everything to him,what he asks for is whatever you do,you do it with a faith that you will succeed,your labour will be duly paid.

There are certain people who question the very existance of God i.e the athiests and I don't say they are wrong because they too do belive in god the difference being their idea of God,its being said that God has no certain shape,size,form,color etc and infact is the truth,an athiest beleives in "every action has equal and opposite reaction" but he never bothered to ask "why?"...why every action has an equal and opposite reaction!!!...you might wanna google the answer out and I say go ahead and try it,you won't find an answer because that is an observation its a rule of the nature,now an athiest do believe in nature and I might call God with a name "Nature".So,if you belive in nature you belive in God!!!

All of us hear the story of some ordinary human being pulling off something extraordinary every now and then and we bite our nails off wondering how he/she could have done that,be it a handicapped person without any legs dancing hip-hop or be it a blind guy shooting a bird down...the examples are inumerous,ordinary people like us ask "how did he do it?" and thats a pretty logical question to ask but if you could bear the pain of going into details you would observe a phenomena of extraordinary "will power" in all such stories,their will power fetches them whatever they want or whatever they want to be,should you ask "how the will power of a man without legs make him dance hip hop?"...the answer will be...

As we know the universe or God or nature,its a form of energy around us,as a matter of fact we too are a form of energy as proved by Einstein,now energy can neither be created nor be destroyed but it can surely be transformed,again when we wish for something our energy tries to realise our wish as simple as that i.e if we are strong mentally,physically,emotionally,rationally we would be able to accomplish most of our wishes without much difficulty but what about a man without legs he surley won't be having much energy at his disposal to dance hip hop,but still he nails it ladies n gentlemen that is where his "Faith" comes into role,he has faith in nature,he could channelise the energy from the nature he could use the energy of nature to do what he wants to do,its as simple as we use a little energy to rotate the turbine and when it runs it produces megawatts of power,we use our energy to draw energy from the nature,that is all we do,you might call it an act of God but seriously people God never does anything for anyone he just helps you do it,your wish could use some extra energy to materialise but you only have to put in that extra energy...i.e you have to put in "God" to do it,you have to put in "Faith" to do it....!!!
